I applied for one of the spots available as a resident artist in this project he is doing in town. The interview lasted 45 minutes or maybe it was just a 1/2 hour, but the conversation was a lot more candid and frank. Not what I was anticipating. The conversation wasn’t so much about my artwork and more about my being a mentor. I’m still thinking about what was said even as I type this……
